Myanmar, Spanish, and French by blood, but English by nature. This youthful minded creative started his career journey learning a range of arts in a number of different schools before realizing that advertising was what he wanted to major in. During his studies on an advertising and design course at the University of Salford, he had his first experience working with industry pro’s developing campaign ideas for any project he could get his hands on. Soon after university, JJ headed to London on the weekends to flash his portfolio to as many creative directors as possible to gain work at renowned agencies. After a year or so bouncing around companies, he reached out to Mango and it wasn’t long till he was on a one-way flight to Myanmar. Throughout JJ’s 3 years working as an art based creative, he’s handled a variety of different products that range from shampoo to bug repellent, orange juice to alcohol, but he always manages to make his mark on the projects. This includes working to win over international clients such as Ovaltine, Carlberg group, and Ooredoo Myanmar. Which he works in-house as the lead creative. JJ treats his work as a passion and often raises cheeks or an eyebrow with his ideas. His finest conversations normally start with ‘imagine if’ and he habitually visualizes his concepts in a cartoon format. He’s petrified of snakes, dreams of owning his own savory popcorn factory, and claims to spend most of his time in his own head.

Chit Ko is a senior creative copywriter at Passion Point and he works for the write-ups from social to TVC scripts. Beside that he likes to create fan-made ads and share ‘em on his blog. New ideas play as energy pills in his daily life. He might possess a very quiet personality, but have a noisy mind.
Jamie is a Senior Creative Copywriter here at Passion Point but, honestly, he has the best of both worlds – both as a creative and client servicing. Jamie writes from social ideas to TVC & Radio stories and scripts. His main responsibilities include leading the creative social content for a telecom brand since pre-launch to date with additional Health and Food & Beverage brands. Jamie studied and came from a background of Hospitality and Tourism where he handled Events Planning at one of the most prestigious Hotels in Yangon but his endless passion for creativity and advertising led him on this path because CREATIVITY has no limits! When he’s not writing and coming up with concepts for clients, he’s an avid photography enthusiast and spends his weekends with his collectible figures. At first glance, you might assume that he’s just a sweet and quiet guy but he’s feisty when needs to be!
Thin Nu or Nu Nu’s job here as an associate account manager is to nag everyone about the accounts she manages, so you already know that she’s quite popular in the workplace. Nu Nu started her career journey at the largest e-commerce site in Myanmar, shop.com.mm and moved to largest advertising group in Myanmar, Mango Group. She has 3 years of experience working in marketing industry as of now. She’s a firm believer of ‘actions speak louder than words’ and ‘my bed is my best friend’. She also enjoys movies, but she tends to forget everything as soon as it’s over. So, horror movies never seem to bother her for long. Brands that she currently handles include health and beauty and food & beverages.
Lae’ Moe works as an associate account manager here at Passion Point, but apart from actual account management, she also does a lot of media planning/buying, and training her team members. One of the longest tenure employees at Mango, out of her 7 years’ experience in this field, 5 of which were at Mango Media. She loves cooking on the weekends, and likes to travel on the holidays. But this short blurb isn’t really enough to represent the whole of Lae’ Moe, so you best take me out for coffee or something.
Nyi Nyi is an associate account director for Passion Point, however, his main role here is to be in charge of all integrated media (and also to be the main source of comic relief in the workplace). He might just look alike another funny guy, but don’t let his charms fool you for even a second because what you don’t know is that, he has a mind for insights and analytics which is as exceptional as his Excel skills. With over 11 years of Media experience under his belt Nyi Nyi has been from various established agencies to one of the biggest telecom brands in the country. The brands that he currently works with are a telecom, smartphones, health and beauty, food and beverages and more.
This is Anjanette, but please call her AJ (Anjanette is kind of a mouthful). She works as an associate account director for Passion Point so her expertise is basically client servicing, account management and strategic planning for brands like streaming platforms, health and beauty plus food & beverages. She believes that life is not meant to be lived in one place, which is why she loves to travel! But she also loves staying at home and doing nothing at the same time (I mean who doesn’t, right?). She worked as an account manager for a creative boutique agency in the Philippines for almost three years. Luckily in 2017, she got an offer from an independent digital agency with branches in Southeast Asia and was assigned to work in Myanmar to manage key clients and help launch digital campaigns. As she aims to hone more her skills and broaden her knowledge, she eventually found her way to be part of Passion Point.
At first glance, we all thought that he’s just an introvert 25-year-old Digital and engagement lead for Passion Point but his achievements exceeded our expectations. He started as a management trainee under Dentsu Aegis Network. After 3 months of training and a final revalida presentation, he landed a job as a client service executive in one of its brands– Vizeum Philippines. Handling small several accounts including (Merck, Menarini, Air Asia, TATA Motors, Zesto, Kettle Korn, HBC), he had a glimpse of the industry. After a year, he made his way in Starcom Mediavest Group, handling bigger accounts such as United Laboratories, Inc. (Unilab), Nutri Asia and Metrobank Group doing strategic planning, executing above the line and digital media. And in just 3 years, he landed as an IMC Planner in DDB Group Philippines for a wider range of clientele such as PLDT, SM Supermalls, Isuzu, Cignal TV, Smart Padala, PayMaya, Lendr, Freenet, and Max’s restaurant doing strategic planning, media and digital. That same year he was awarded as “Rookie of the year”. But for Sid, work can be life but he believes, there’s so much more outside work. So you’ll find him playing frisbee disk, or bowling (He’s a rookie player lol) or slaying at his PS4 and Nintendo switch, sometimes.
Eunice or you can also call her Max. She is a senior creative for Passion Point, which is basically the CREATIVES’ RAY OF SUNSHINE ~ THEIR WAY, THEIR TRUTH AND THEIR LOVE. She’s a hybrid, a slasher, copy/art creative. Eunice landed a job (Jr Art Director) in Publicis Manila during her thesis defense (her thesis won btw). She Handled Nestle’s 2nd biggest brand, for almost 3 years. And then, Grey changed her advertising destiny from Art Director to writer, after acing radio scripts on her first day, that clients loved. For almost 2 years with Grey, she handled a dishwashing brand (PH & Malaysia), air-fresheners and a fab con (PH, Vietnam, Thailand). When her ECD in Publicis heard about it, she was bribed to come back as Senior Writer. At work she leads the creatives department, but at heart, she leads the EUNICE MAXIMO jaw-dropping IG stories department. Coz, hey, success comes from standing out, not from fitting in.
She is charmed to meet you. Now, her life as a senior account director is tough. She literally does everything from overall client servicing and account management to strategic developments. But… this is what sets her soul on fire, and she is relentless in her pursuit of it! Before leaving the Philippines to work in Myanmar for Passion Point, she has had a total of 10 years’ worth of experience in integrated marketing, specializing in ATL communications. The categories she has handled ranged from retail, telecommunications, airline, and education among others, but her core category was FMCG. Before she left, one of the main brands she was handling was the second biggest brand in Nestlé Philippines – a PPP milk brand and all of its product extensions. Other things that sets her soul of fire include (but not limited to) travelling, eating good food and collecting Lego mini figures. So, if you’re thinking that she does all sorts of things, you are correct! (except for riding a bike!)
Aian, also known as the Father of Passion Point because he was employee number 1. He oversees the entire operation from strategic directions to business growth, and basically like a marketing consultant for our Clients. However, he is also in charge of people growth and development which means that he also operates as an emotional punching bag for everyone here at Passion Point. Prior to Passion Point, he has worked in various multinational advertising agencies in the Philippines before moving to Myanmar in 2012. In his 6 years (and counting!) in Myanmar, he has helped launch brands and campaigns from the agency side. As a Client, he was part of the marcomm team leadership for the second biggest telecom brand in the country. His favorite past time is wondering and trying to understand people behavior, market trends, and how communications can use these to be unique, relevant, and memorable. But, when he’s not in the spotlight, he really enjoys baking and cooking (which he learned from observing his grandma and on YouTube). He also happens to be pretty decent at volleyball – he plays the setter position because he’s not that tall. So, game on?!
