POSITION: SENIOR CONTENT WRITER
Responsibilities:
Primary
- Serve as the POC for content requirements for your assigned brands of the agency.
- Manage, guide and train a team of junior writers, and seasonal interns.
- Provide leadership at the forefront through thought leading the writers team and content & creative direction for all or assigned brands at the agency.
- Write creatively and strategically aligned daily social content calendars, digital video scripts that showcases originality.
- Visualize ideas with references in aiding the design team to execute your ideas and content.
- Assist in building integrated communications and campaign planning both in ATL and Digital.
- Employ strategic methodologies, creative marketing expertise in converting clients’ briefs into successful executions.
- Together with the Creative Directors, Art Director and other team leads, work seamlessly together to brainstorm, ideate and execute strategically aligned deliverables.
- Govern your own assigned brands as well as keeping tabs and holding accountability of the other brands the writer team and juniors are handling.
- Attention to detail in writing: grammar, spelling, conciseness & effectiveness.
Secondary:
- Bring in an entrepreneurial vision and organization to multiple clients and projects by always being on top of social trends and happening.
- Propose and plan improvements to writer team by suggesting beneficial improvements and providing training.
- Identify opportunities to develop specializations in digital trends, tactics and technologies via training, partnership, or acquisition
KPIS:
- Lead integrated strategically aligned content of at least 3 Clients of the agency.
- Successfully train younger talent into having strong creative insight and writing.
- Lead once a year workshop with internal team and juniors.
- Lead creative research studies based on market dynamics.
