POSITION: Copywriter
Mango Media Group, Myanmar’s biggest marketing and communications agency network, is looking for a Copywriter.
Position Summary:
As a copywriter, you will be a part of a 4+ person, digital-first, young, multi-disciplinary content team. You will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver social media campaigns and content that answer the needs of their brands. The role calls for full cycle problem solving, from ideation to execution. As a team member, you would be responsible for efficiently coming up with heart sell contents, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the overall quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Creative Director and Associate Copy Lead
- Work closely with the client service teams to be fully immersed in the key accounts/business and to understand their respective strategic priorities and key business objectives
- Actively participate during insighting, brainstorming, and convert these ideas into meaningful heart-sell campaigns
- Present campaign presentations to clients and manage refinements if there’s any.
- Develop strategically sound, insightful content pillars for assigned brands and clear with the Associate Copy Lead and/or Creative Director
- Complete other duties as assigned or requested

The ideal candidate would possess:
- 2+ years of content/copywriting experience, of which at least 2 years should be digitally focused
- Deep knowledge of the Myanmar language, a know-how of the different social platforms and their unique strengths is a plus
- Ability to manage different content forms – social posts, blogs, scripts, and more
- A knack for writing, creative thinking, and innovation
- An impressive portfolio of digital work
- Ability to manage and work with senior leadership on both the client and the agency side
